Deposits and refunds

Your reservation deposit

The price shown on a reservation is the deposit charged now. It counts toward the full purchase price. The remaining balance and shipping costs are charged when your order ships.

Your deposit is refundable in full until your order ships, including if the planned shipping date changes. To cancel, email hello@stake.example.com from the address used for the reservation and include your reservation number. We will confirm the cancellation and return the deposit to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

Returns after delivery

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Email us with your order number before sending anything back; we will provide return instructions and an address. Return the product with its included parts. We will inspect it and confirm the refund when it arrives.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty, contact us so we can arrange return shipping and a replacement or refund.

Two-year warranty

Stake and Base have a two-year warranty from delivery for faults in materials or assembly during normal use. Email your order number, a description of the fault and photos if useful. We will help check the problem and arrange repair or replacement for a covered fault.

Damage from misuse, accidental impact or unauthorized modification is outside this sample warranty. Contact us if you are unsure what happened. These sample terms do not limit any rights that apply under local consumer law.
