Where we ship
At launch, we plan to ship Stake and Base to addresses in the US and Canada. We will announce additional countries before accepting reservations for them. If your delivery address changes, email hello@stake.example.com with your reservation number before shipping.
When orders leave
Shipping to reservations is planned for April 2027, after validation, radio certification and the production run. This is a planned date. If it changes, we will update the launch timeline and tell reservation holders what has changed. Deposits remain refundable in full until shipping.
Shipping costs
The reservation price is the deposit paid now. Shipping costs are charged with the remaining balance when your order ships. We will confirm the shipping cost for your address before charging that balance. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier; we will provide an estimate with your shipping details.
Tracking and delivery problems
We will email a tracking link when your parcel leaves. Allow time for the carrier to scan it. If tracking stops updating, a parcel arrives damaged or an order does not arrive, email us with your order number and any relevant photos so we can investigate.
