Stake in copper uses the same moisture pads, soil temperature sensor and Bluetooth Low Energy connection as Stake. Its solar cap is copper-plated, and each unit is numbered within the run of 150.
This run suits gardeners who want a numbered version of the sensor. All 150 are reserved, so new reservations are closed. The free phone app requires no account.
For existing reservations, the $50 deposit counts toward the $119 launch price. The remaining $69 is charged when the order ships, planned for April 2027. The deposit is refundable in full until shipping.
